Presenting Genji Challa Lot 1a from a small farm in the hills of Jimma in Ethiopia. This micro-lot was fermented for 24 hours before being washed and dried on raised beds for 15 days at the Telila washing station managed by Addis Exporters, who provide QC oversight and manage post-harvest processing. This coffee is great on espresso and shines on filter - syrupy, with undertones of peach and tropical fruit.
