Kiboi Coffee Factory (MILL) is located in Muranga County of Kahuro Division and serves 410 farmers from the Kiboi, Kiaguthu and Kaganda villages.
Coffee brought to mill undergoes Wet Processing Method to remove the skin and pulp. The factory uses a disc pulper with three sets of discs to remove the skin and fruit from the inner parchment layer After pulping, the coffee is fermented overnight to break down the sugars, before it is cleaned, soaked and spread out on the raised drying tables for 7 to 15 days in total. These beans are AA graded meaning they are the biggest most plumpest beans of them all. Super body, honey snd caramel sweetness with hints of Jasmine and citrus.
