This Ethiopian Natural comes to us from a farmer named Teman Aba Mecha whose 12 Hectare farm is located in the Village of Bashasha in the Jimma Zone. Here, the natural processing method is used to remove the fruit from the coffee bean inside. The processing crew will ferment the fruit for 12-24 hours before laying the fermented fruit on raised sun beds to dry for 15-20 days. During this process the beans take on the ripening fruit flavours, that when roasted well, are ever present in the cup.
