The Clever Dripper is the easiest, cleanest and most consistent method we’ve found for the home brewer. This free standing, one cup filter uses a patented valve that keeps your brew from drawing down until you activate it by sitting it on a cup. The benefit of this valve is that it enables you to control all the variables independent of each other.

Our simple recipe is 25g coarse ground coffee, 400g hot water, leave for 5 mins then pop it on top of your cup and let it draw down. Simple and delicious.
