From the misty hills of Nyamagabe District, Kayumbu is a natural Red Bourbon that leans into everything we love about dried-fruit sweetness and bright, juicy clarity. Whole cherries are hand-sorted, then slow-dried on raised beds so the sugars concentrate and the fruit character deepens.
The result is a cup that’s vibrant and layered: nectarine brightness up top, red apple crunch through the middle, and a raisin-like sweetness that lingers into a soft dark-chocolate finish. It’s expressive without being loud — a silky, fruit-forward coffee that still feels clean and intentional.
